These Terms of Service govern the access to and utilization of the Flying Doctors Aeromedical Registry data, directory listings, and provider tools.
By accessing or querying the Flying Doctors Aeromedical Registry, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all incorporated editorial policies. If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue platform use.
While every measure is undertaken to audit aircraft equipment profiles, base locations, and medical credentials, fleet statuses change dynamically. Medical directors and dispatch teams must directly verify mission readiness prior to operational flight deployments.
Users agree not to tamper with platform security architectures, bypass API rate limiters, or misrepresent administrative authority over listed aeromedical entities. Submitting misleading clinical credentials will result in permanent listing bans.
In no event shall the registry, its curators, or affiliated medical editors be held liable for operational delays, flight cancellations, patient outcomes, or indirect damages arising from the use of registry data.
All structured directory metadata, taxonomy classifications, and synthesized operator benchmark reviews are proprietary. Authorized citations must include clear canonical attribution to the registry.
The registry reserves the right to revise operational terms, modify listing inclusion criteria, or terminate provider access without prior notice to protect clinical data integrity.
